As editorial director of Swarovski TV, Bronwyn made a series of films in New York, London and Milan about the designers with whom Swarovski collaborated for autumn/winter 2011.
In London on 27 September I chaired a panel of women discussing the life and style of Princess Grace of Monaco. This event was hosted by Montblanc to celebrate the launch of the Princess Grace de Monaco collection of writing instruments, fine jewellery and watches. This was the first of two panels on Grace Kelly to which I am contributing. The second one takes place on 5 December and coincides with the staging of retrospective From Movie Star To Princess exhibition at Toronto's Bell Lightbox.
The Bay - the venerable Canadian department store chain - invited me to host a panel discussion celebrating the one-year anniversary of the Room. Bronwyn interviewed the London designers whose work is sold there and sought after worldwide including Erdem, Giles Deacon, Charlotte Dellal, Mark Fast, Nicholas Kirkwood, Jonathan Saunders and Marios Schwab. The discussion illuminated why London is a currently a centre of fashion greatness. The lively talk kicked off with Giles Deacon because in Bronwyn's opinion he launched the current London fashion scene back in February 2004 as he staged his first ready to wear show in Chelsea.
